Department of Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the Ministry for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus
Ms. Olga Lugovskaya, Mr. Alexei Bylinski and Mr. Grigory Astashko were honored with state awards
President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko awarded a number of officials of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation for their significant contribution to the construction of the Belarusian NPP. Three employees of Gosatomnadzor were among the awardees.
By the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 108 of March 21, 2024, Ms. Olga Lugovskaya, Head of the Department for Nuclear and Radiation Safety, and Mr. Alexei Bylinsky, Head of the Division of Nuclear and Radiation Safety Supervision at the Site of the Belarusian Nuclear Power Plant, were awarded the Medal “For Labor Merits” in recognition of their conscientious fruitful work, high level of professionalism as well as significant contribution to the implementation of the investment project for the construction of the Belarusian NPP.
By the Order of the Head of the State No. 53rp of March 21, 2024, Mr. Grigory Astashko, Deputy Head of the Department for Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the Republic of Belarus, received an official letter of thanks of the President of the Republic of Belarus.
