Objects for Supervision

As of December 31, 2018, there were 1,472 organizations, enterprises, institutions using 23,700 sources of ionizing radiation in their activities, including:

• devices and installations containing sealed radionuclide sources (medical and industrial gamma installations, medical gamma therapy devices, gamma flaw detectors, radioisotope devices, including radioisotope fire smoke detectors, etc.),

• devices generating ionizing radiation (X-ray diagnostic and therapeutic devices (complexes), X-ray flaw detectors, neutron generators, electron accelerators, sources of low-energy and unused X-rays, etc.),

• radiation facilities where works with open radionuclide sources are carried out.
