Work permit was issued to the Deputy General Director for Quality of the Belarusian NPP
On August 20, Gosatomnadzor issued to Mr. Alexander Erin a permit for the right to carry out activities in the field of atomic energy use in the position of the Deputy General Director for Quality of the Belarusian NPP.
When handing over the permit, Ms. Olga Lugovskaya, Head of Gosatomnadzor, emphasized the specific requirements, including those related to the necessity to continue development of the integrated management system of the operating organization in terms of complying with nuclear and radiation safety requirements.
Employees of operating organizations perform certain types of work while carrying out activities in the field of atomic energy use if they have permits for the right to conduct such activities issued by Gosatomnadzor.
The procedure for issuing permits is set forth in the Regulations on the Procedure for Issuing Permits for the Right to Conduct Work while Conducting Activities in the Field of Atomic Energy Use, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 854 of October 14, 2015.
